As a Sports and Therapeutic Masseuse I am dedicated to providing high-quality, personalised massage therapy. My treatments aim to identify and address the root cause of muscle pain and stiffness, helping to promote improved well-being.
My practice is located in Duror Village Hall on the West Coast of Scotland.
The clinic is held in a small dedicated treatment room within the village hall. There is plenty of free parking directly outside the hall, and ramp access to the building.

I am qualified in sports and therapeutic massage and use a range of advanced clinical massage techniques, such as myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and trigger point techniques.
I am committed to providing a professional and compassionate approach to massage therapy. With years of experience and a deep understanding of the human body, my goal is to help clients achieve optimal wellness through personalised and effective treatments.
Services
Massage treatments are suitable for a wide range of issues such as sports injury recovery, back and neck ache, general aches and pains. I have also had success helping clients to manage fibromyalgia and female urinary incontinence.
I use a range of massage techniques that are tailored to each person's unique needs. You do not need to decide what type of treatment you need before you book. All sessions begin with a consultation to discuss the area of pain or discomfort and we will agree a treatment approach suitable to meet those needs.
